My Dream (starter) Unit

First... I want a pet cat inside my house. Any colored cat with a really short hair (so he won't have to litter the unit with his fur) and round pupils.

PERFECTION

I am in love with cityscapes. I want my unit to have a view of various buildings so at night, I can be able to see this type of scene. My own personal night light.

Living Room

A cozy couch with mismatched pillows.
A floor-to-ceiling shelf filled with my favorite books and picture frames
Modest tv. Doesn't have to be flat or plasma or LED since I really don't watch the telly that much.
No coffee tables. Pure legroom.

Kitchen

A small functional kitchen that would fit two people would do(whenever my mom drops by to help me cook)
I want a breakfast bar!! Where I'll put my kid while I go fix meals or where my husband and I will share silly kitchen moments together.

Dining Area

Not too particular with this area. I just want a round dining table. Plus though if it's a fixture by the window.

Bathroom

Modern bathroom. Space saver so no tubs.

Bedroom

When I'm still single, I want a straighforward single bed. I don't want it elevated really high or adorned with complicated headboard pieces
But once I start a family... same standards but queen size bed.
In both scenarios, I want a reading nook to be a fixture in the bedroom. Preferably besides a window with a really nice view.
