New York City Photodump
I've been to NY thrice already. I commute there every time and it usually just takes 20 minutes (30 with traffic). I love NYC because I can have my favorite kind of solitude there: "alone but not lonely". There are many people to observe and to interact with. Many places to be isolated but count 20 steps and you'll be surrounded by human beings again.
Port Authority escalator. The gate to my NY adventures.
Everything is just so colorful and alive!
This is a weekday afternoon. Imagine this place during the weekends or holidays.
I haven't been inside the New York Public Library but the structure outside kind of reminds me of the Metropolitan Museum
The Rockefeller Center. It was in my bucket list to visit this building. I want to see during winter though, with the huge Christmas tree.
Where the ice skating sink is supposed to be.
Central Park Zoo.
Just lovely.
The aura here at night is just different.
I was alone when I went here but I managed to ask someone to take my photo.
Braved the subway! Loljk. I was with the boyfriend, we figured it out together.
I wanted to take photos of the subway signs cause they fascinate me... maybe some other time
Evil lamp!!
Central Park reservoir?
This was a church beside Guggenheim. It was pretty neat.
It was incidentally closed when we got here. NOTE! GUGGENHEIM IS CLOSED DURING THURSDAYS! Their museum store is open throughout the week though and they have pretty cool stuff (expensive)
Such contrast.
The Metropolitan Museum! My new hangout place.
Within the Ancient Egypt installation. Where modern meets ancient.
Boyf taking photos.
Those buildings must cost billion. The view and the location.
Boyf asked to stand there and pose. I regretfully declined, ugh.
